what is the best way to reach you?
we are a very small studio and often can’t make it to the phone if we are tangled up in the ribbons. the best way to reach us is always by emailing us at Info@tracywatts.com with as much information as you have. it might take us a day or two to get back to you, so be patient, but trust us, we want you to have hats too!
if i order online how long will it take to receive my order?
all pieces are created, and then packed, by hand. allow two and a half weeks for delivery of domestic orders, four weeks for international. orders are shipped to the address you give us. tracywatts is not responsible for delays caused by the usps, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. if you have delivery questions about a specific order please email us at Info@tracywatts.com.
do you have sample swatches?
yes! email Info@tracywatts.com with your name, mailing address, the name of the hat and the color option you would like to see. we will mail you swatches of the material. *only available domestically*
i do not wish to create a paypal account but I would like to order from you, what should I do?
if you do not want to go through paypal, or are having problems using paypal, email Info@tracywatts.com all of your order information, including your and shipping and billing address(es). we will contact you by phone for you credit card information.
i saw a piece of yours in the press/on a blog, but I don’t see it for sale on your website, can I still order it?
we rotate styles on our website. please email Info@tracywatts.com with an image of the hat you are interested in and we will let you know if we are still making that item. if we are, you can place your order for the item directly through the studio.
do you do custom work?
if you have a custom order request, please email us. because we are a small studio we can only take a very limited number of custom orders a year. we will review the request with tracy and either email or call you with possibilities. custom work starts at $1000.
returns and exchanges
because each hat is handmade, we cannot accept returns.
sales tax
tracywatts new york e-boutique charges sales tax for New York residents only.
tracking your order
an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. in addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
currency all Prices are in US Dollars.
shipping
shipping in U.S. for Domestic orders, tracwatts new york e-boutique uses UPS Ground and Air Service (with a delivery confirmation).
shipping outside of U.S. for international orders, rates are determined by country destination and dimensional weight of the carton.any custom fee is at the charge of the recipient. you will be contacted for a separate shipping payment by tracywatts.
shipping restrictions
tracywatts new york e-boutique does not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-3 day express service). tracywatts new york e-boutique is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
tracywatts new york e-boutique is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.
RETRUNS & EXCHANGES Please note that All Items are Final Sale.
REPAIRS
tracywatts new york e-boutique will repair any damaged hats or hats that need a little help getting back into shape.

for your security, please ship your hat with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). tracywatts new york e-boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
upon receipt of your package, we will e-mail you with approximate repair time and repair cost if any applies.
shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged item.
